Financial Risk Disclosure
Futures, options, and currency trading involve substantial risk and are not for every investor. An investor could potentially lose all or more than the initial investment. Risk capital is money that can be lost without jeopardizing ones’ financial security or life style. Only risk capital should be used for trading and only those with sufficient risk capital should consider trading. Past performance is not necessarily indicative of future results.
1. License Terms
Trade Arcane grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the software (Sentinel, Catalyst or any other product) strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
Each license is strictly for one (1) individual user. Sharing access or license keys is strictly prohibited.
You may not resell, lease, sublicense, or distribute the software or any access to our platform.
The use of our software to manage or trade on accounts belonging to third parties (including unauthorized copy-trading services) is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license termination.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods and immediate access to intellectual property, proprietary algorithms, and Discord community access, all sales are final.
Once a software license is issued or access to the Discord is granted, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this policy.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, code, documentation, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Trade Arcane. Any attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or steal proprietary logic will be prosecuted to the maximum extent of the law.
4. Limitation of Liability
Trade Arcane and its developers shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of our software. The user assumes 100% responsibility for all trading execution and risk management.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
